「Pacific Drive」の販売本数が発売1周年を前に100万本を突破。各ストアで40％オフのセール中

Ironwood Studiosは本日（2025年2月20日），同社が開発した「Pacific Drive」（PC / PS5）の販売本数が100万本を突破したことを発表した。

　2024年2月22日の発売から1周年を前にして大台を達成した本作は，異常現象によって立ち入り禁止区域となったアメリカ北西部の森林地帯が舞台となる“ドライビング・サバイバル・アドベンチャー”。愛車で森林を探索し，手に入れた物資で車を強化して新たなエリアへと向かう……といった流れでゲームが進んでいく。


　車を出発させるためにドアの開閉やエンジン始動，ギアチェンジといった細かい操作が必要になる一方で，さまざまな危険に満ちた世界が舞台であるにもかかわらず戦闘要素がないなど，ユニークなシステムが特徴だ。

　発売1周年に合わせてか，SteamやEpic Games Store，PlayStation Storeでは本作が40％オフとなるセールが実施されているので，気になっていた人はこのタイミングで購入するのもいいだろう。
