Fatshark新作「Warhammer 40,000：Darktide」が発表。「Vermintide」シリーズの流れを汲む，SFテイストの4人Co-op FPS

　本日（2020年7月24日）配信されたXbox Games Showcaseにて，Fatsharkの新作「Warhammer 40,000：Darktide」が発表，アナウンストレイラーが公開された。プラットフォームはXbox Series XとPCが予定されている。


　ミニチュアゲーム「ウォーハンマー」の世界を舞台とした4人Co-opのファンタジーFPSとして人気を博した「Warhammer: Vermintide」シリーズの開発者達が手がける本作は，舞台を「ウォーハンマー40,000」の時代に移し，SFテイストでありながら，同じく4人Co-opゲームとして開発が進められているという。発売は2021年とのことなので，協力プレイ好きの人は期待しつつ，続報を待ちたいところだ。
