「Pro Evolution Soccer 2014」「Castlevania -Lords of Shadow- 2」の概要が，プレゼンテーション映像「KONAMI Pre-E3 Show」で判明

　KONAMIは日本時間の2013年6月7日，E3 2013へ出展するタイトルのプレゼンテーション映像「KONAMI Pre-E3 Show」を公開した。

　別の記事でお伝えしている「Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain」以外にも，「Pro Evolution Soccer 2014」（PC / PlayStation 3 / Xbox 360 / PSP）と「Castlevania -Lords of Shadow- 2」（PlayStation 3 / Xbox 360）が大きく紹介されている。

　日本では「ウイニングイレブン」として知られているシリーズの最新作である「Pro Evolution Soccer 2014」のコーナーでは，プロデューサーの益田 圭氏が登場し，本作の概要を紹介。Fox Engineをベースにした新エンジンで開発が進められていることや，「TrueBall Tech」「M.A.S.S.」「PES ID」「Team Play」「Heart」「The Core」という6つの新要素が特徴となっていることを説明している。
　プレイのリアルさはもちろん，ホームとアウェイでの選手の感情の違いまでを再現したものになるようだ。


　「Castlevania -Lords of Shadow- 2」のコーナーでは，プロデューサーのDave Cox氏が，本作の主人公をドラキュラにした意図などや，「Chaos Claws」をはじめとする3つの新能力を駆使してゲームを進めていくことなどを明らかにしている。
　本作の物語は，好評だった前作のラストを引き継ぐ形で始まり，「強烈で矛盾した感情を抱く」ものになるとのこと。開発陣はかなりの自信を持っているようなので，前作や「悪魔城ドラキュラ」シリーズのファンならずとも注目といえそうだ。


　この2タイトルの情報に加えて，映像の冒頭では，ソーシャルゲームへの取り組みなどの情報も確認できる。あくまで北米向けの情報なので，日本での展開がどうなるかは不明だが，気になる人は映像を確認してみるといいだろう。
